I've finally worked on the pictures from my belgian trip of this summer..I would like to show you my finds..the trip for me was all about walking around bruxelles or antwerp to see a bit of the city but most of all every possible vintage shop or flea market that I could find..that was my boyfriend biggest problem:)
anyway. talk to me and tell me if any of these things could be worth!
I totally love the hatbox ..is my first one but I think it won't stay alone for so long!

I've lately decided to change a bit the content of my posts. I've made my mind cleared and now I can admit that during the last months I see myself more into "pictures" than I am in "words". since I'm aware that words are huge part of blogging I cannot make PLURIBALL living without using them. But I have to reach my desires half a way. so I will probably post more pictures (with better quality I hope, if my camera helps me) and I will add some words, free words. Words that I think are linked to the pictures, surely references, without strictly organizing them in long discussion. That is the idea. I'm curios to see if I'll still feeling the same way in some weeks. Let's try. I would love your feedbacks.

sometimes happens that you see something in a magazine that reminds you one old thing living in the back of your closet..in this case I've accidentaly found the "thing" in the back of my mum's closet, in our country house..going back to 90's swimsuit!

My great friends from Pifebo dress shop gave me the opportunity to make some photos at their new vintage sunglasses collection. since they're opening a new shop in September I would like to give my hommage to them here.

Lucy Liu guest star in Dirty Sexy Money
I've spent the last years every day more addicted to tv shows. even if they're usually very similar one another in the plot or in the idea of some characters, when I start a new one I've to watch it episode by episode till the end. One of the things that charmed me is really often the style of the cast. I will try today to report here which are the outfit that I like the most, starting by accident from a show that I don't know very well, from an actress that I consider really attractive.
the last one was my favourite. unfortunately I couldn't find any reference of the designer. I think it's gorgeous.
I will try to edit again very soon even if I'm leaving tomorrow for my last days of holiday.

the come back
I would like to celebrate the comeback of Whitney Houston with a little hommage here in PLURIBALL . While this beautiful artist was at the top of her career I was practically a child but my mother's sister (that I've always called "my young aunt") made me listen to her tapes and for me it was love at first..listening:)
After that period I lost traces of her (of W.H., not my aunt!) but this summer I found her first album, Whitney Houston (1985), in a books/magazines/music store in Bruxelles. here it is:
stop with the talking now, I'll let her pictures talk for me.
see you soon!!!
I wanna dance with somebody

I love fabrics since I was a child. I remember looking at all the different types and colours in the stores when my grandmother took me with her buying sewing supplies..she is the one that most encourage me to go deep with my "couture crush". she says that in the dialect of her hometown they said for someone that isn't good for anything in his life that "he/she can't even put the yarn in the needle". that must means something.
So here I am starting a journey in fabrics' world.

Back or Not
I'm back from my trip in Belgium..Rome is very hot right now and it is difficult to stay calm here so I'm using all my connections to go joining some friends outside of the city. While I'm travelling and going back home I'm also organizing my thoughts around PLURIBALL's blog. holidays always make me think how to change things for better so I'm trying to make some contents more definite in the blog, organizing the posts, my ideas and also starting again with sewing work!
I started just before the holidays a practice in a couture laboratory and it is going so well that I'll be probably doing that for a while, during all the spare time that I can find from work.
I'm learning so much that it is hard to find enough time to try at home what I've learnt. But at the same time I'm working a lot with my mind, sketching ideas of new stuff.
So..There will be some time of brainstorming and little adjustments in the blog. hopefully for good:)
I'm starting right now with a little idea I've realized on polyvore thinking about what I saw in Brussels..as you can see a new conception of VIP!!
there you are.. and PLURIBALL will come back soon!
